Marina has almost a decade experience in the advanced analytics field, helping organizations turn data into actionable insights, to help build sustainable business growth.
She has led multi-country client engagements in Fast Food, Retail and Finance adopting a range of techniques such as Econometric Modeling, Machine Learning or Test and Learn. Her counsel has helped clients understand their consumer’s brand interactions, optimize media mix and flighting, forecast multi-year returns from investments, understand business drivers and course-correct marketing activities.
Prior to Gain Theory, Marina spent 3 years at Oracle, responsible for providing the leadership team with data to support or challenge business decisions and opportunities.
Marina is a founding leader of Gain Theory’s Lumena, our global female progression initiative.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics alongside Diploma in Data Science.
