A Director at Gain Theory, Lizzie brings people, data and processes together to empower organisations to transform their businesses in profitable ways.

With a background in driving effective business operations and a history of working with global consumer-focused brands, she is passionate about using data-informed and customer-insight focused strategies to drive everyday business decisions and growth. Her holistic approach to people and tech empowers others and enhances processes to develop best-in-class approaches that deliver sustainable, actionable, and impactful insights.

Lizzie has a wealth of experience working across analytics, product, and business teams, with remits spanning marketing, analytics, and transformation, including predicting category trends and informing R&D decisions to managing global product roll outs. Her wide-ranging industry expertise made her a uniquely qualified judge for the EFFIES UK Marketing Effectiveness Awards in 2021, evaluating entries across a number of different industries and categories.

Holding a BSc in Natural Sciences, Lizzie is passionate about encouraging girls to pursue STEM subjects. An advocate for mental health and equality, Lizzie is a trained Mental Health First Aider, championing positive mental health within the organisation and across the media industry. She also holds a leading role in Lumena, Gain Theory’s network for progressing gender equality and promoting gender diversity.

When Lizzie isn’t transforming the lives of people or business, you’ll find her bravely exploring the outdoors, fondly hosting family and friends, or on rare occasion, masterfully playing classic guitar.
