Claudia has over 20 years’ global brand and marketing strategy experience gained in Entertainment (MTV Networks); Publishing (Bauer, IPC); Digital Media (Dennis Interactive); and Marketing Effectiveness and Consultancy (WPP).

As an award-nominated marketer, Claudia is a consummate advocate for driving business growth via data-informed and customer-insight-led strategies. Her career has seen her launch, reposition, and grow brands including Comedy Central;; and Gain Theory.

As Gain Theory's Global Marketing Officer, Claudia’s focus is to build and share Gain Theory’s story in an interesting and accessible way, so that customers and talent better understand the broad range of the consultancy’s strategic capabilities.

Having read social psychology at university, Claudia has a penchant for behavioural psychology and what makes people tick. She can often be found hosting global CMO roundtables, connecting interesting people and ideas and writing thought pieces for the Marketing Society, an exclusive global network of senior marketing leaders.
